Yes, family it is time for our plans and preparations for the 2015 Family Reunion in heart of brotherly love -- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The first thing we must do besides strategic planning is to make sure we have everyone's information so no one is left out and all communications are sent to all the family members.
We need your help. Please --- when you receive the reunion family information/invitation please return your financial assessment by snail mail as soon as possible. Update any incorrect information and list all family members in your household. Our goal is to bring the entire family together in 2015. Help us reach our goal. We are looking forward to see you in 2015.

How We Love ….the plans that we have made to celebrate our Family! As our Reunion 2015 approaches, the Philadelphia planning committee intends to pull out all stops to make sure that our time together is memorable and enjoyable! We cannot wait to welcome our family in “Philly Style!”
As promised, we want our family to experience the Philadelphia region as well as our city of brotherly love and sisterly affection. Therefore, we have chosen the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia as the central location of “Reunion 2015 - How We Love…”! You will find it to be an ideal location for fun…food…family and even fashion. You will be staying just minutes across from the King of Prussia Mall; a premier shopping destination.
Hines/Wilson/Lloyd Family Reunion Guests will have the run of the house with room rates of$142.00. This rate includes the prevailing state tax as well as the local occupancy taxes. And of course your choice of breakfast is included in this price. Now you tell us: Is that love, or what?!!!

The good news is that there are a few hotels within walking distance from our Reunion site at the Crowne Plaza. When making your reservations be sure to mention the HWL Reunion 2015. Deadline for reservations at the Crowne Plaza is June 1 2015!
Remaining consistent with our most recent HWL Reunion, we, too are offering a easy payment plan to enable our families to fit this into your budgets! Below are the assessment fees that we hope will allow us all to participate. We will attempt to set up a PayPal account so that those family members who use the internet systems will be able to go online to manage this transaction. However, until this arrangement has been made you (and of course all who are not on line) maintain the option to forward your assessment checks to the attention of our local and national treasurer:

The assessment will cover the cost of our banquet and our family cook out at the beautiful Mermaid Lake in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Make sure to bring your swim wear because there will be an olympic sized pool for you to enjoy.

To that end we are asking each family member to cull through your collection of recipes to share with the family in our HWL Cookbook that is being created by Cousin Ellen Pray-Lipscomb.
